How to Find Us?

Sonny’s Place in Somers, Connecticut, is easy to get to from anywhere in western New England. With all our activities and games it’s easy to find a reason to make the trip! You’ll find well-maintained, safe attractions, free and convenient parking, a full-service grill and ice cream parlor — everything you need for a day filled with fun.

  • From Somersville

    Sonny’s Place is a straight shot from Somersville and will only take you a couple of minutes. Hop on CT-190/Main Street and head east toward Quality Avenue. After only 1.3 miles, you will see Sonny’s Place on your left. Somersville area visitors should be familiar with the sight of Sonny’s Place since you can’t miss it when heading toward Somers.

  • From Scitico

    If you’re heading from Scitico, you can be at Sonny’s Place for family fun or your special event in less than five minutes. Head to CT-190/Hazard Avenue and drive east toward Webster Road. You will pass by Somersville historic district, then Sonny’s Place is located two miles from Scitico on the left side of the road.

  • From Hazardville

    All the fun of Sonny’s Place is less than ten minutes away if you are coming from the Hazardville area. Take CT-190/Hazard Avenue and travel east. Hazard Avenue turns into Main Street. Continue on CT-190/Main Street. You will find Sonny’s Place 3.7 miles from Hazardville on the left.

  • From Somers

    If you are already located in the Somers area, you can find Sonny’s Place off of Main Street as you head west out of town toward the Somersville area. From the center of town, get on CT-190/Main Street and travel west for one-half miles. Sonny’s Place will be on your right, only about two minutes away.

Park Rules:

  1. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible person.
  2. No running — what’s the rush?
  3. Proper attire, including shoes or sandals, must be worn at all times. Attire should be appropriate for a family setting and not contain profanity or inappropriate images.
  4. No outside food or beverage, including alcohol, is permitted.
  5. No pets, except properly marked and documented service animals.
  6. Food & Drink are not permitted on any attraction, including mini-golf. Don’t worry, there are plenty of places to eat!
  7. Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted in the park, only in the parking lot.
  8. Drugs, including marijuana and medical marijuana, are strictly prohibited on Sonny’s Place property.
  9. Line jumping is just plain rude, and is not permitted — it may be grounds for ejection from the park.
  10. Guests using profanity, abusive language, or gestures is also very rude and may result in ejection from the park.
  11. Knives, firearms, fireworks/explosives, mace/pepper spray, or any other weapons are not permitted.
  12. Offensive behavior, fighting and horse play may be cause for ejection from the park.
  13. Drones are not permitted at any time.
  14. Guests are required to follow all posted warnings and rules for specific attractions and areas of the park — it just makes things safer and more fun for everyone!
